Timed Online and Simulcast Online Special Terms:
- We do not have a shipping department, however we will make every effort to help direct you in finding shipping and/or a shipping company to accommodate your needs for the items you purchase.
-Upon purchase the buyer becomes physically and financially responsible for their purchases, we will do and make every effort to secure the items but cannot and will not will be held liable for lost or stolen items (we have never had a situation where this has occurred so far)
- If the buyer wishes to pay by Credit Card there will be an additional special administration fee excessed of 3% to account for labor, convenience, and time involved
-We DO NOT charge Buyer's Premiums, however we do charge a convenience fee for access and providing online bidding capabilities through Nextlot this pays for the use of the services they provide and having a skill operator on site to ensure that the technology is properly utilized and answer buyer's technical problems if any
- Buyer agrees to make payment to Rich & Rich Auction Co. in full
