number S892127, double high unit currently running 204/211 X 413 aluminum cans, 3 chain, 44" wide, 31 foot long infeed conveyor, 37" off ground, feeds into lifting chamber that is currently set on 44" X 56" pallets, lifting chamber has automatic safety doors sealing it during lifting, maximum incoming pallet height 108", at 4 layers per minute, cans are hydraulically pushed off onto 46" wide by 28 foot long accumulator belt with thermoplastic open grid chain, on the return from pushing the cans, the slip sheets are automatically pulled back to a hopper, pallets are automatically pushed into a empty pallet hopper and lowered to a 44" wide by 12 foot long pallet discharge conveyor 21" off the ground, top plastic frames are removed by hand, cans discharge at 14 feet from ground level, complete electrical controls and panels, operator platform available.
