Sale Terms and Important Information

Terms: All bidders are subject to the final approval of Campbell Soup Co. A credit card will be required at the time of registration. Item(s) purchased must be paid for within 14 days of the end of the sale. All bidders located in California purchasing items located in California will be responsible for the applicable sales tax. All item(s) purchased must be shipped within 30 days of the end of sale. Payment must be received in full before the purchased items will be released. Payments over the amount of $500.00 USD will require a company check or a wire transfer and information for said wire transfer will be sent out after the auction is finished. Purchases under $500.00 USD will require a company check and funds must clear for said checks before the item(s) ships. All descriptions and photos are intended to represent the sale items to the best of the seller’s knowledge. Seller makes no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information. Everything is sold on an as is, where is basis and includes no warranties. All sales are final. Buyer is responsible for all freight cost.
