Auction Terms and Conditions
All property sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the
Bidder`s responsibility to determine condition, age,
genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
Wheeler Auctions & Real Estate may attempt to describe the
merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the
auction but makes no representations. In no event shall
Wheeler Auctions & Real Estate be held responsible for
having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole
judge of value.
All Internet Bidders shall be registered 24hrs prior to
Auction Start Time
2% Buyer’s premium with a $500 cap per item.
Checkout Dates and Times: Buyers will be required to have a
paid receipt before loading.
Payment
Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are wire
transfer, cashier’s check, or Credit card with 2% fee which
must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of
the auction. Please contact the auction company for wire
transfer instructions.
Shipping
Local Shipping Companies can be obtained through Auction
company and Shipping is responsibility of the purchasers
ALL INTERNET BIDDERS MUST BE REGISTERED BY NOON THE DAY
BEFORE THE AUCTION IS TO BE HELD.
