All property sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wheeler Auctions & Real Estate may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Wheeler Auctions & Real Estate be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 10% buyer?s premium.

Checkout Dates and Times: Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading.

Payment

Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer, cashier?s check, or Credit card with 2% fee which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer instructions.

Shipping

Shipping will be at the cost of the winning bidder. For local shipper referrals please contact the auction company. If guns will ship out of state they must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. All shipping charges plus a $25 per item packaging fee will be charged to the winning bidder
