Terms and Conditions

All Equipment sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS FOB Location.  Removal and loading expenses will apply, FOB Location. Skidding will be performed at cost to the buyer.  Buyer pays for transportation costs.

 

Buyer's Premium is 18%. Payment must be made within 48 hours of recent of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or certified cashier's check from US bank. 

 

All descriptions are believed to be correct, but no guarantees or warranties are made by auctioneer as to nomenclature or age.

 

All removal will be done by exclusive contractor on site. Assets will be available for pickup within 30 days of end of auction.  Loading is Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.
