MicroBlend Blending System S/N: 021099-02, Year 1999, Stainless Steel Construction, New Technology using mass flow metering to measure syrup, water and co2 to blend and carbonate products, Includes Carbonation Tank and Recovery Stainless Steel Tanks on stainless steel frames with Micro-motion Meters, Windows Software Update, Plate and Frame Chiller Included, Free Standing Dearator Tank Included, Capacity up to 7,500 Gallons/Hour MicroBlendª blending system is the only patented mass-flow based multi-stream blending system that offers precision blending to an accuracy of ± .1% with a repeatability of ± .025%. The MicroBlend system has achieved its ability to measure, blend, carbonate and calculate product strength and yield information due to the capabilities of the Micro Motion Elite Mass Flow Meters and the specialized software developed for this process. Flow, density and temperature each play a crucial part in calculations performed in the MicroBlend system. The system uses Mass Flow Meters to measure the syrup, water and CO2 streams with blending ratios ranging from 2-to-1 to as high as 30-to-1. All quality, yield, efficiency and production records are displayed in real time as well as logged for review and can be ported to a supervisory computer. All Equipment sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS FOB Location.  Removal and loading expensis will apply, FOB Location.  Skidding will be performed at cost to the buyer.  Buyer pays for transportation costs.  

Buyer's Premium is 15%.  Payment must be made within 48 hours of recent of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or certified cashier's check from US bank. 

All descriptions are believed to be correct, but no guarantees or warranties are made by auctioneer as to nomenclature or age.  If an item has a reserve price and the reserve is not met, we will contact the high bidder after the auction and attempt to negotiate a sale. 

Assets will be available for pickup within 30 days of end of auction.  Loading is Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.
