Terms and Conditions
All Equipment sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS FOB Location. All removal and loading expenses will be free of charge, FOB Location. Skidding will be performed at cost to the buyer. Buyer pays for transportation costs.
Buyer's Premium is 13%. Payment must be made within 48 hours of recent of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or certified cashier's check from US bank.
All descriptions are believed to be correct, but no guarantees or warranties are made by auctioneer as to nomenclature or age. If an item has a reserve price and the reserve is not met, we will contact the high bidder after the auction and attempt to negotiate a sale.
Assets will be available for pickup within 30 days of end of auction. Loading is Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm.
