Items at various locations.  Be sure to check the lot description for locations and contact information.  All sellers would prefer that items be picked up as soon as possible and any alternative arrangements must be made with them.  All items must be paid for by Tuesday, June 21 @ 3:00 p.m. Eastern.

Terms and Conditions

All items are sold AS-IS.  Viewing is available by contacting the name and number on each lot description.  Removal is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be arranged by contacting the name and number on each lot description.  

Invoices will be emailed after the conclusion of the auction on Monday, June 20, 2016.  Cash, approved cheque with identification or bank draft is required for final settlement not later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, June 21, 2016.  Cheques & bank drafts should be made payable to Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services Inc. and delivered to Rockford Auction Centre 103043 Grey Rd. 18, RR#4 Owen Sound, ON N4K 5N6.  (5 kms. South of Owen Sound).  Banking information for wire transfers will be provided as necessary.   

Load out:  By appointment with the Seller.  Check contact name & number on each lot for information.  Paid Recipt must be presented prior to removal of items.
