NOTE: *ALL LOTS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY 4:00 PM CST ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY JUNE 6^TH & 7^TH 2018 BETWEEN 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM CST.  ALL LOTS AT THE RAMSEY WAREHOUSE WILL ONLY BE LIFTED AND LOADED BY CULLINAN RIGGING AT BIDDERS EXPENSE, NO LOTS CAN BE HAND CARRIED UNLESS APPROVED BY STRAND INDUSTRIAL AUCTIONS INC.  SEE LOT FOR LIFT AND LOAD CHARGES.  ALL LIFT AND LOAD CHARGES ARE BASED ON NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS ON THE ABOVE REMOVAL DATES AND TIMES. ANY OTHER DATES OR TIMES COULD INCREASE LIFT AND LOAD CHARGES. ALL LIFT AND LOAD CHARGES ARE BASED ON LOTS BEING LOADED ON A OPEN FLATBED TRAILER, ADDITIONAL EXPENSES MAY BE CHARGED FOR LOADING OTHER THEN ON AN OPEN FLATBED TRAILER. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES CHARGED IF LOT HAS TO BE PREPPED FOR SHIPMENT OR PUT ON A SKID. 

NO LOTS CAN BE REMOVED UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL WITH CLEARED FUNDS.

-There is a 16% Buyer’s Premium applied to on-line bidders who purchase at this sale. 

-Sales Tax applied as applicable on all purchases.

-IDENTIFICATION - All purchasers are required to give their full name, company name, permanent address (NO PO BOXES WILL BE APPROVED), phone number and signature. 

-TERMS: The buyer does hereby assume and does agree to indemnify and hold the auctioneer and sellers harmless from any future claim which shall pertain to the fitness or use of the asset as being purchased. 

REMOVAL - No lot can, on any account, be removed during the auction sale. Removal is at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchaser is liable for any damages caused by removal including any environmental damage. Lots that can be reasonably hand carried and does not put the successful bidder or any other individuals in harm’s way may be removed by the successful bidder with written approval from Strand Industrial Auctions, Inc. Any lots or items that require the assistance of a rigger is at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Should assistance from a rigger be needed to remove a lot(s), only licensed, bonded and adequately insured riggers will be allowed to remove lots and or any items from the auction site unless otherwise stated. Purchaser will abide by all written and verbal rules, regulations and requirements by Strand Industrial Auctions, Inc. and its representatives. All successful bidders must pay in full for all goods and funds must clear prior to removal, Purchases will be released only upon presentation of a paid in full invoice. The auctioneer will not be responsible for items / lots not removed within the time allowed, but does have the option to remove and store, at the risk and expense of the purchaser or resell the lots at public or private sale without giving further notice and retain the proceeds from such sale, and any deficiency will be charged to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the buyer to completely remove any article purchased by the buyer and should any part of any such article be abandoned, the buyer will be liable for any expense involved in its removal.

 MANNER OF PAYMENT – ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF SALE. (Receiving your winning notice/invoice from Bidspotter). All forms of payments due are to be made payable to the order of: Strand Industrial Auctions Inc. Strand Industrial Auctions Inc. will accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Your Company check if accompanied with a letter of guarantee from your bank (see sample below), wire transfer, certified check. PayPal, *if paying via PayPal please contact us for a revised invoice and the additional 3% convenience fee that will be added to the total invoice.* Personal checks less than $250.00 will be accepted, Personal checks over $250.00 must be pre-approved by Strand Industrial Auctions Inc. before auction starts to close.  All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of the close of sale. All lots must be paid in full prior to removal. Wire Payment and ACH information will be sent to all winning bidders upon close of the sale.

CONDITION OF ARTICLES SOLD - The auctioneer shall not be held responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty, expressed or implied or otherwise with regard to liability, operational state or liability in connection therewith. The purchaser agrees that each lot purchased has been viewed or physically inspected by the buyer prior to placing a bid or purchase or has relinquished their opportunity to view or physically inspect the lot or property. No sale will be set aside or allowance made for any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No allowances or deduction will be made on damaged articles. All goods are exposed for public exhibition and sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" and “IN PLACE” and without recourse. Written Description (listings), videos, photos should not be construed as representations and are offered merely to assist the bidder / buyer in determining if a lot should be viewed or physically inspected. Purchaser acknowledge that the goods described herein are preowned used goods which were neither designed nor manufactured by Strand Industrial Auctions Inc. or the seller, nor has Strand Industrial Auctions Inc. and Seller have knowledge of, or control the prior use or misuse of said goods, nor does the Strand Industrial Auctions Inc. and Seller have knowledge or control over the future application of these goods by the Purchaser. Purchaser in purchasing equipment agrees upon receipt of machinery subject to this agreement it will be buyers duty to inspect all machinery on a continuing basis; provide proper safety devices and equipment or means necessary to safeguard the operator from any harm for any particular use, Operation or set-up machines; to adequately safeguard each; machine or equipment to meet all federal, state, and local government safety standards which may be imposed from time to time, including, but not limited to: 1970 Occupational Safety and Health Act. 

RESERVE: The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneer shall have the right to bid on the behalf of the seller on lots where there is a reserve.

Inspection: Tuesday May 22, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
