Employees must enter your current Valid Anheuser-Busch Email Address in the auction registration to be approved!!!

1. Payment Terms ? Only Credit Cards (Master-Card and Visa) will be accepted. Customers will be charged a 3% credit-card convenience fee. At the conclusion of the auction, winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice of all wining bids and bidder?s credit card will be AUTOMATICALLY charged the full invoice amount within 72 hours of the sale completion date. 2. Pick up of Items- Items must be removed from removal time announced at the sale. Seller will provide moving company personnel to move all sold items on behalf of buyers to the loading dock or to curb-side. Buyers will be loaded out on a first come, first serve basis. Any sold items remaining on auction site premises after conclusion of announced removal period anr deemed abandoned and will revert ownership back to seller. Items with Paid invoices can be picked up from the facility within announced removal times only. Buyer?s or buyer agent must have a copy of the invoice (as emailed by Schneider industries) to remove sold items. At time of pick up, buyer must be present at pick-up site to sign Bill of Sale document that is shown at the bottom of these terms. Pick up site: Please contact Marcia.


3. Inspection of Items - Items can only be inspected in person at the seller?s location,




4. All Sales Final ? All Sales are final. No returns are accepted.

5. Non- Payment By Buyer - In the event the purchaser fails to pay the whole of the purchase within the time set forth by the auctioneers and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale, the seller may retain and/or recover the deposit specified as liquidated damages and, in addition thereto, items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be paid to the auctioneers by the defaulting purchaser together with all charges, fees, and expenses incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation hereunder.

6. Non- Delivery of Items - Auctioneers shall have no liability to the purchaser due to non-delivery of any item for any other reason than to return to the purchaser the monies deposited for non-delivered items.

7. Addition or Deletion of Lots - The auctioneer reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots, or to add to or delete lots at his sole discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid which is only a fractional advance over the preceding bid. The auctioneer or the owner may bid for one or more lots, either in their own names or through a representative or an agent to protect their interest.

8. Auctioneer as Agent - The auctioneer, when acting as agent only, is not responsible for acts of its principals including reserves.
