This is going to be a 2 ring auction. Auction Conducted at Schmid Auction Center, 10 acre auction facility located 4 miles east of Effingham, IL or 1 miles east of Teutpolis, IL. Also, it is 3.5 miles west of Montrose, IL on U.S. Hwy 40.

Terms: All property sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder`s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auctioneer may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auctioneer be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 10% buyer's premium to be added to all purchases. Checkout Dates and Times: Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before
loading.
Payment Instructions:
Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer, cashier's check, or Credit card with 3% convenience fee for credit card purchases which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer instructions. Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. For local shipper referrals please contact the auction company.
