Payment: Full Payment for Buyers must be made by Wed. Apr. 17, 2019 at 5:00 PM. A 25% deposit must be made by close of business the day of sale. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, or Company Check accompanied with a Bank Letter of Reference. Absentee bids require a 25% deposit.

Removal: No removal of any item until paid in full. No removal of equipment on auction day unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer on auction day. Final removal to be made no later than Wednesday Apr. 24th, 2019 at 5:00 PM.

General: Announcements made by the auctioneer on auction day take precedence over all printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate or aggregate basis. The auction brochure and lot by lot catalogs are a guide only, assets are subject to additions or deletions. Auctioneer has attempted to describe the equipment as accurately as possible. Please inspect equipment prior to bidding. All items sold “as is, where is”.

Terms: 13% buyers premium applies to all auction purchases.  16% buyers premium on credit card purchases and internet bidders. 19% for internet purchases with a credit card.
All Sales Final: All risk of loss and responsibility for purchases passes to buyer upon award of the bid.

The auctioneer reserves the right to:

a. revoke the bidding privileges of any registrant at any time.

b. change closing date

c. require proof of insurance from any buyer seeking to dismantle and remove by whatever means, his purchases from the auction site.
