ATTENTION BIDDER!!
New Mill Capital Holdings, LLC (“NMC”) REQUIRES a digital signature of their Terms of Sale contract for bidding approval.
To register follow these steps:
STEP 1: Complete BidSpotter registration steps by clicking the BLUE BUTTON above that reads, “Sign up to bid”.
STEP 2: Fill out and sign the NMC Digital Agreement by clicking HERE.
Once you have completed the above two steps, please wait patiently for NMC to review your registration information. During this time you will receive an email from BidSpotter. It will read, “You have been registered to bid pending the auctioneer’s approval”. Once you have been approved by the Auctioneer (NMC), you will receive another email from BidSpotter that will read, “You are approved to bid”.
It is recommended registration be completed at least 72 hours before an event to ensure that all registration requirements are met and to resolve any issues that may occur prior to the sale start. If you do not register within this time frame, this does not mean you cannot register. However, late registrations may delay bid approval.
Removal Deadline: February 26th, 2019.

Bidding Deposits:
For bidding approval, at its discretion, NMC may:
Bidder will be notified if it is determined a deposit must be made.
Unless otherwise instructed, deposits are requested as wire transfer only.
If NMC does not receive a response from its attempts to contact Buyer or if the Buyer does not provide a deposit, NMC reserves the right to refuse or cancel Buyer’s bids and re-sell Goods.
Sales Tax:
If you are tax exempt, please submit the appropriate Sales Tax Form immediately (i.e. NOW) to avoid payment delay. You can send in this form via fax 818-574-6596 or email accounting@newmillcapital.com. NMC will not remove sales tax from your invoice unless presented with this information at each auction.
Payments:
NMC must receive the total purchase price no later than 24 hours from receipt of invoice.

Removal will take place during normal business hours Monday-Friday unless otherwise authorized by NMC.
No buyer will be allowed to begin removal prior to payment in full of auction invoice.
If someone other than the registered bidder at an auction sale will be picking up and removing equipment, please complete this form to designate an “Authorized Agent”.
NMC is not responsible for any items damaged during the process of removal.

No Outside Rigging Companies Will Be Permitted To Work Onsite with the Exception of the Removal of Pallet Racking and Order Fulfillment Shelving.
Pallet Racking and Order Fulfillment Shelving may be removed by Buyer provided that the insurance meets the requirements of and is approved by NMC and the Owner. In general, the Owner requires that any party performing removal will provide Certificates of Insurance for $1,000,000 General Liability where New Mill Capital Holdings and Awana Clubs International are listed as additional insured parties. For the remainder of the Lots, Rigging Prices are posted in the descriptions of each lot and are non-negotiable. Listed rigging fees are for equipment disconnect and simple loading of equipment onto Winning Auction Buyers’ Domestic Trucks/Trailers. For international shipping container loading or special requirements, such as skidding, crating, etc, please contact the rigger directly for a quote.
