Buyer will have 4 days to remove merchandise. There will be NO ASSISTANCE available from Mel Davis Auction employees for removal and transportation of items won. Removal of item is the winning bidders’ responsibility. Please bring a copy of your paid receipt and valid picture ID to the pickup location when picking up. We will not release any items unless these items are provided. Written authorization must be provided to the seller allowing a different person other than on the paid invoice to pick up. No Exceptions!
Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Every buyer must validate mileage and hours for themselves by inspection

No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.
Full and complete payment must be received by 24hrs after close of auction
Payment must be by Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, Cash or Visa/Mastercard only.
Wiring instructions will be on all winning invoices.
