2007 Mac Vacuum Truck (no Keys)

*******INSPECTION********** AUGUST 29, 2016 9AM -2PM

All items must be removed within 5 business days of auction close. If items are not removed

within 5 business days, the buyer forfeits monies paid and the property

reverts back to JM Oilfield Estate with no recourse. There will

be NO ASSISTANCE OR PACKING / SHIPPING SERVICES available from

Mel Davis Auctions employees for removal and

transportation of items won. Removal of item is the winning bidders’

responsibility. If items are not removed within 5 business days of auction

close as stated above, items will be added to the next auction. Please bring

a copy of your paid receipt and valid picture ID to the pickup location when

picking up.  We will not release any items unless these

items are provided. Written authorization must be provided to the seller

allowing a different person other than on the paid invoice to pick up. No

Exceptions!

Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged.  Every buyer must validate mileage and hours for themselves by inspection

All persons participating in the on-line bidding agree to and accept these terms and conditions unequivocally and without exception. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO warranties implied or expressed.

No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.

Full and complete payment must be received 3 business days of auction close at Mel Davis Auctions, 14895 Donop Road, Elmendorf, Texas 210-633-2445.

Payment must be by Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, Cash or Credit Card.  Wiring instructions will be on all winning invoices.
