TERMS: Cash or bankable check with proper ID on day of sale in U.S. funds. Out of State buyers bring bank letter of credit. Auctioneer acting as selling agent only. Everything sold “as is,” “where is” – no warranty of guarantee implied. Statements made at the sale take precedence over printed material. Not responsible for accidents or stolen items.
