All Webcast Bids are subject to Machinery Network Auctions,
Inc.?s Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), which may be found at
www.machinerynetworkauctions.com. It is hereby acknowledged
that Buyer has read, understands, accepts, and hereby agrees
to all of the T&Cs set forth therein.

A 16.5% Buyer's Premium will apply to Webcast Bids.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, WIRE
TRANSFER OR COMPANY CHECK WITH BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE.
CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Here is an example of what
the bank letter of guarantee should look like:
?Mr. (insert customer name) is a customer of this bank. This
bank will guarantee unqualified payment to MNA on the
account listed herein up to the amount of $__________.
This letter is good until (TBD).?

Internet bidders are required to pay in full within 24 hours
of final invoice. Wire transfer will be the only method of
payment accepted. Applicable sales tax will be added to the
purchase price and the Buyer's premium of all taxable items.
As set forth in detail in Paragraph 6 of T&Cs, everything is
sold "AS IS," "WHERE IS," "AS AVAILABLE," with no
warranties, guarantees or representations expressed or
implied. The Auctioneer and Seller expressly and
specifically disclaim, without limitation, any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
RIGGING/REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER/BUYER.
All items to be removed by SEPTEMBER 28, 2012, MANDATORY.
