om. It is hereby acknowledged
that Buyer has read,
understands, accepts, and
hereby agrees to all of the
T&Cs set forth therein.
A 16.5% Buyer's Premium will
apply to Webcast Bids.
Internet bidders are required
to pay in full within 24 hours
of final invoice. Wire
transfer will be the only
method of payment accepted.
Applicable sales tax will be
added to the purchase price
and the Buyer's premium of all
taxable items. As set forth
in detail in Paragraph 6 of
T&Cs, everything is sold "AS
IS," "WHERE IS," "AS
AVAILABLE," with no
warranties, guarantees or
representations, expressed or
implied. The Auctioneer and
Seller expressly and
specifically disclaim, without
limitation, any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose.
RIGGING/REMOVAL IS THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
BIDDER/BUYER. All items to be
removed by FRIDAY, JANUARY 18, 2013 MANDATORY.
