Cross-Border Handling & Import Terms Most lots in this auction are located at a facility in Juárez, Mexico, and will be transported to El Paso, TX for buyer pickup. The opening bid price includes standard cross-border transport and basic import handling to El Paso, TX. This covers routine customs clearance and delivery across the U.S. border. Any additional import requirements or special handling charges beyond the standard scope may result in added costs to the buyer. Any additional import-related charges must be paid in full prior to pickup in El Paso, TX. Buyers are responsible for Texas sales tax unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is submitted prior to final invoicing. Buyers may choose to pick up their lot directly at the Mexico facility. If so, the included cross-border handling will not apply, and the buyer will assume full responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, and transportation logistics. Inspection, Removal Terms & Logistics All assets are located at the Juárez, Mexico facility until transferred after the auction closes. In-person inspections are available by appointment only at the Juárez facility prior to auction close. All removal is by scheduled appointment only. After the auction closes, lots will be transferred across the border to El Paso, TX, where buyers can pick them up at their assigned time. Important Handling Notes: Equipment will be prepped only for transport across the border. No crating or prep for long-haul logistics will be performed. Buyers are responsible for any additional packaging, crating, or loading required at the El Paso pickup location. All assets must be removed within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time in El Paso. Assets not removed within 72 hours may be considered abandoned, and Liquid Asset Partners LLC reserves the right to reclaim, resell, or dispose of such assets. The buyer may be held responsible for any associated costs for removal, disposal, or site remediation. Late pickup fees may apply if buyers exceed their removal window. These fees help offset storage, handling, and disruption to site operations. While Liquid Asset Partners LLC and its transport agents will make commercially reasonable efforts to handle and transfer all items safely and securely, the auction company assumes no liability for any damage, loss, or missing components that may occur during transportation from the Juárez facility to the El Paso, TX pickup site. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer immediately upon completion of the auction. Buyer is responsible for providing his own forklifts and material handling equipment to be used in the removal of Buyer's lots. 2. Small Lot Removal: LIQUID ASSET PARTNERS LLC is not responsible for any missing or lost small lots if they have not been removed within 24 hours of the conclusion of the sale. There will be NO removal of any lots until the auction is complete. 3. It is solely the Buyer's responsibility to properly remove all fluids, oils, hazardous chemicals, etc., from machinery purchased at this auction. All oils should be properly stored in the appropriate containers (sealed drums). 4. Failure to remove all lots by the removal date results in Buyer's violation of the terms of the auction sale, providing LIQUID ASSET PARTNERS LLC with the right to exercise any options. Buyer will be solely responsible for all costs of these options.
