TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ON-LINE BIDDER

CUTOFF FOR ONLINE BIDDER REGISTRATION IS 48 HOURS BEFORE AUCTION START

CDN. DOLLARS (CAD) SETTLEMENT MUST BE MADE BY MAY 1, 2017 BY 5:00 P.M.

 Subject to additions and deletions prior to the sale and at the time of the auction.  All bidders participating in the auction shall be bound by the following terms & conditions.

 Payment must be made in Canadian funds. Payments accepted are cash, credit card, certified cheque or wire transfer.  Full payment must be made within one banking day of receipt of invoice. Full payment is required prior to removal of items purchased.

Bidders must be preapproved 48hrs before auction sale date in order to bid on items during the sale.  Purchases over $5,000 will require a bank letter that guarantees funds, equal to or exceeding the estimated purchase amount.  A current letter of credit from your financial institution must be  e-mailed to infolindstrandauctions@gmail.com no later than 48 hours prior to the auction in which you wish to participate in.

To enable customers to participate in our auctions on the internet via Bidspotter.com,  3% internet fee to a max of $ 750 will apply when buying items online. There is no fee to register, watch,
listen or to bid. These fees apply only to internet buyers.  Taxes on fees are applicable to all buyers.

A Convenience Fee of 3% will be charged on all items paid by Mastercard or Visa.

N.S.F. Cheques will not be tolerated. Anyone issuing a NSF cheque are subject to criminal charges and will be responsible for any financial loses to  Lindstrand Auctions Ltd.

Lindstrand Auctions Ltd is providing Internet live bidding as a service
to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Lindstrand Auctions Ltd or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.

Announcements by the Auctioneer on sale day will take precedence over printed material;

All items sell "as is," "where is,"      "no warranty" and are at the risk of buyer once the Auctioneer has declared the item sold, all sales are final and binding;  Lindstrand Auctions Ltd. is not responsible for accidents, theft, fire, or extreme weather causing damage.  Lindstrand Auctions Ltd is not and will not be held responsible for year, hours, mileage or any type of misrepresentation of any and all equipment.

All articles purchased shall be removed by the Purchaser.  Purchaser is responsible for all removal, dismantling, crating, shipping and related costs, as well as the arrangement of the shipping company.  No exceptions will be made whatsoever.  Articles left behind immediately after the auction and thereafter will be at the winning bidders own risk. Lindstrand Auctions Ltd will not be held responsible for any items damaged, stolen, missing, or left behind.  Please make all necessary arrangements to have your items removed as soon as possible.   

No person shall bid on any lot of which he is the consignor or an associate of the consignor.

Bidder acknowledges that they have received, read and understand all terms herein and agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
