All items sold "As Is, Where Is" and lie at the purchaser's risk immediately.
Terms of the sale are Cash, Debit, Visa or Master Card
18% Buyers Premium will be charged on all sales.
3% discount is given on accounts settled in full by Cash or Debit.
All sales are subject to applicable taxes.
Accounts must be settled the day of the auction and before any items may be removed from the premises.
The items have been displayed and each purchaser shall be held satisfied as to the condition, identity and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In any case of dispute the Auctioneer's decision shall be final.
We have extended pick-up dates for this auction by up to two weeks. Please take all small items today to avoid issues, as Kwik Auctions is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
