Registration and deposits
Registration to bid is free. Please be aware that you must provide identification when you register (e.g.driver's license).
Everything sells "as is, where is"
We recommend that you visit the auction site to inspect any items you'd like to buy before bidding on auction day. If a visit isn’t possible then please review the on-line photos carefully and call us with your questions.
Administrative fees for buyers
Successful bidders are required to pay an administrative fee of 5% on each lot purchased. The 5% is added before tax. Ontario tax rate is 13%. Farm equipment is exempt from tax based on size and use.
Payment and removal
Purchases must be paid in full at the end of the auction. If other arrangements are required, please contact us directly.
Buyers cannot remove their purchases from the auction site until their invoice is paid in full.
