1. No merchandise may be removed until complete settlement has been made.
2. All purchases shall be paid for in full within 48 hours of sale.
3. Purchases shall be paid for with cash at pickup, check (ONLY ACCEPTED WITH BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE), Paypal or wire transfer. Invoices above $10,000.00 shall be paid for with a Wire Transfer.
4. All items are sold as is where is and how is, with no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold.
5. Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. Please examine items carefully before bidding as no refunds will be given.
6. A buyer’s Premium of 15% applies for all items sold.
7. No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid.
8. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon the declaration that the item has been sold. Any item purchased must be removed in its entirety.
9. An invoice will be supplied to the purchaser at the time of settlement. This invoice, properly authenticated by our cashier, will be required by our check out personnel in order that you may remove the purchased items.
10. The auctioneer may remove items from the sale at his discretion.
11. The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary.
12. If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. Any and all court proceedings resulting from a dispute are to take place in Monroe, MI.
13.All machines are either disconnected at the plug or at the quick disconnect box, box not included.
14. The fork truck will be on site for item removal on 10/7 and 10/8 from 9am-5pm ONLY. The fork truck can be used by Rollo A. Juckette & Brad Neuhart Auctioneers personnel or the landlord`s personnel only. Personal machines will not be allowed for removal without proper insurance paperwork on file with auction company. 
15. Anyone wishing to remove large items for them self must provide a 1 million dollar insurance policy naming the landlord and Rollo A. Juckette & Brad Neuhart Auctioneers as additional insured.
16. MI sales tax of 6% applies unless you have a sales tax exemption form.
17. Removal dates and times: Tuesday 10/7/14 from 9am – 5pm and Wednesday 10/8/14 from 9am – 5pm.  Large items may be removed after this date only with prearrangement`s with the
auction company and with an appointment with the landlord. The landlord may charge $150.00 per day or part thereof for any day he opens the shop for removal and/or $25 per day storage after 10/8/14.
