All sales are final. All lots are sold on an "as is, where is basis", without warranties, expressed or implied or guarantee of suitability for application basis.

18% Buyer's Premium applies to all sales plus applicable taxes.

Payment in full one day after sale unless prior arrangement.

Payment by cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, bank draft, direct deposit, E-transfer (info@jarvisauctions.ca) & wire transfer.

No removal until full payment has been received. 
All small items removed from site by Wednesday, March 25th

Purchasers claiming exemptions from taxes shall provide proof of their entitlement to claim such exemptions. In the absence of proof, all taxes must be paid.

We are located in Vancouver, BC Canada.  We can help with getting quotes for shipping regarding the ovens - removal of ovens should be completed within 10 days of auction ending.

We can assist in getting the ovens unassembled for delivery & put you in touch with someone that can do the installation.
