All sales are final. All lots are sold on an ?as is, where is? basis, without warranties, expressed or implied or guarantee of suitability for application basis.

15% Buyer?s Premium applies to all sales plus applicable taxes.

Payment in full one day after sale unless prior arrangement.

Payment by cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, bank draft & wire transfer.

No removal until full payment has been received.
All items removed from site by Wednesday, March 28th 5pm.

All major electrical, gas & water disconnects will be done prior to removal by a trade worker hired by us. We will add-on the appropriate disconnect fee or fees to the items purchased price. Please contact us with any questions.

Purchasers claiming exemptions from taxes shall provide proof of their entitlement to claim such exemptions. In the absence of proof, all taxes must be paid
