Terms and Conditions
TERMS: Everything sells like is, as is, where is. No warranties or guarantees are in effect whether expressed or implied. All purchases must be paid within 24 hrs. of receiving receipt. Must be US Funds for payment. Payment can be cash, wire transfer, or cashiers check. For checks - a letter of credit from your bank stating their willingness to honor checks written. This must be in the Auction Companies office 48 hours prior to the auction day. Note: If payment is not received within 24 hours auction company reserve the right to charge the buyers' credit card on file for amount due plus credit card fees.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
A buyers premium of 13% applies on each item purchased. If using credit card an additional 3% handling fee applies.
