TERMS: Everything sells like is, as is, where is.  No warranties or guarantees are in effect whether expressed or implied.  All purchases must be paid within 24 hrs. of receiving receipt.  US Funds for payment. Payment can be cash, wire transfer, or cashiers check.  For checks - a letter of credit from your bank stating their willingness to honor checks written.  This must be in the Auction Companies office 48 hours prior to the auction day.  A buyers premium of 15% applies on each item purchased.  If using credit card an additional 3% handling fee applies.  Announcements made at time of sale supersede any previous announcements.   

It is the buyers responsibiity to arrange pickup and/or shipping of their purchases.  Further the buyer is responsible for all associated fees.
