Excess Processing and Packaging Equipment and Large Supply of Plastic Materials and Equipment Left Over from Previous Tenant.

This auction is for a large number of processing and packaging equipment from lubricants and grease processing and packaging company and a large supply of raw materials and left over equipment from previous tenant and plant support equipment. The processing equipment includes kettles, mixing tanks, colloid mills, positive displacement and dynamic pumps, piston filler, tube fillers, conveyors, accumulation tables, drop case packets, box erectors and more labelers, drum lifts and check weigher. The plastic equipment includes machine tools, surface grinder, drill press, oven, and a large supply of raw materials; plant support equipment, fork lifts, electric pallet jacks, vibratory feeders, electric control boxes, magnetic conveyors, and more.

Note: There will be loading fees. See each lot for amount. Only approved riggers will be allowed.

All items must be removed by Februry 27. By appointment.

TERMS: Everything sells like is, as is, where is. No warranties or guarantees are in effect whether expressed or implied. All purchases must be paid for within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Payment can be cash, travelers’ check, cashiers check,or wire transfer. No checks without a bank letter of credit from your financial institution. This letter must be emailed or faxed to the auction company no later than Feb. 18. It is made out to Hilpipre Auction Co. and becomes the property of the Auction Company. This letter must state the financial institution’s willingness to honor all checks made payable to Hilpipre Auction Co. Announcements made at time of sale supersede any previous announcements. 15% Buyers Premium Applies: If paying by credit card an additional 3% handling fee will be assessed.
