cashiers check. Announcements made at time of sale supersede any previous announcements. A 11% buyers?
premium applies to all purchases. If using credit card an
additional 3% handling fee applies. 7% Sale Tax applies.
Purchaser is responsible for removal cost. All items must
be removed no later than April 18, 2013.
