Total purchases to be paid within 48 hours following the auction in cash, cashiers check or wired funds. All purchases must be removed within period announced by auctioneer. All descriptions are believed to be correct, but no guarantees or warranties are made by auctioneer as to nomenclature or age. Everything sold on an "as is" basis.

RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION, BUYER’S PREMIUM & TERMS OF REMOVAL

The bidder (“Bidder”) with respect to the above auction (the “Auction”) agrees and acknowledges that it is bound by all of the Terms of Sale posted at the Auction site, on the auctioneers’ and the Internet provider’s websites and announced at the Auction and in addition to all of the foregoing terms acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below:

I.  RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION.

The Bidder to the fullest extent permitted by law hereby releases, indemnifies and holds harmless 2525 Armitage Holdings, LLC, Harry Davis LLC d/b/a Harry Davis & Company, Loeb Winternitz and Reich Bros., LLC and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) from any and all liabilities, losses, injuries, damages and claims of any kind or nature to persons or property by the Bidder, its, agents, employees, representatives or invitees (collectively, the “Bidder Parties”) occurring in, on or about the premises of the former Unilever / Alberto-Culver facility in Melrose Park, IL (the “Facility”) by the Bidder Parties while on the premises of the Facility for any reason related to the Auction including, without limitation, any claims arising during inspection of items prior to the Auction and removal of purchased items.

II.  BUYER’S PREMIUM.

All Bidders attending the Auction will be required to pay a Fifteen Percent (15%) Buyer’s Premium on all purchases that will be added to the final bid price.  Online Bidders will be required to pay an Eighteen Percent (18%) Buyer’s Premium on all purchases.                                                               

III.  TERMS OF REMOVAL.

All purchased items must be removed from the Premises by September 25, 2015. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the Bidder. Removal will be by scheduled appointments. Please call (920) 655-2767 to schedule removal appointments.
Successful bidders of major installed items will be required to comply with insurance and other rigging requirements at the discretion of the Auctioneer.

The person registering on behalf of the Bidder acknowledges: (a) that he/she has read and fully understands and accepts the foregoing terms and conditions and all posted Terms of Sale, (b fully understands and accepts all Terms of Sale announced prior to the Auction: (c) has the authority to bind the Bidder company named below to all of said terms and conditions; (d) that all information furnished by Bidder to Harry Davis is complete, truthful and accurate and (e) that Bidder has inspected or had the opportunity to inspect all items upon which bids will be submitted.
