Terms:

Your bid is a contract: Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the high bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract with The Hamilton Group, LLC. All bids are in US dollars.

A Buyers Premium of 15% Cash. 18.5% For Credit Cards

We, The Hamilton Group, will charge  the card on file a Two Days After The Conclusion Of The SAle. If you would like to use a different card or payment method for the full invoice payment post auction, please call us at 860-552-4609 within 24 hours of the auction closing date, otherwise your card on file will be charged for your full invoiced owed amount. Note We Only Accept Credit Card Payments Up to $3,500.00 All Amounts Over That Must Be Paid By Wire Transfer, or Bank Check, No Company Or Personal Checks Are Accepted

The Hamilton Group makes every attempt to accurately describe all items at the auction sale.

Items for sale will be sold “As is, where is.” There is absolutely no warranty or guarantee of any kind either written or implied. Occasionally, additional information may come to light regarding any and all items being sold during the auction. Remember, all sales are final. We make every effort to accurately describe each item in the auction; however, it’s possible that a mistake may occur. When this occurs, the new information takes precedence. Removal: by By Appointment Only  The buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold The Hamilton Group and the Seller free from any and all liability, loss, costs, damages, and other expenses arising from the loading or shipping out of equipment on the buyer`s behalf.

Creidts Cards Up to $3,500
Wire Transfer: any amount
Cashier’s Check: any amount
Money Order: any amount
Cash: any amount
Business & Personal Checks: Only with a Bank Letter of Guarantee.

              Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in [insert auction house county and state].  Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register.  Should a dispute arise between The Hamilton Group, LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in New Haven County, Connecticut.

Sales Tax: All successful bidders will be responsible for sales taxes which may be added to your invoice unless an exemption certificate is supplied prior to invoicing. No sales tax will be collected for vehicle sales.
