The first items starts to close at 10:00 and each lot is spaced out by one minute. This Auction has a dynamic closing, meaning if anyone places a bid (within the last 5 minutes of a particular lot), then the end of the auction will be extended another 5 minutes to allow more bidding. The auction item will end if there are no bids placed in the final 5 minutes.

Local Pick-Up: REMOVAL IS Thursday 12/9/15– 12/10/15 From 10:00AM – 3:00PM.

PROJECT SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

Buyer's Premium: 15% buyer's premium.  
Payment Due In Full: By 12/10/15 by 3:00PM unless other arrangements have been made.

Cashier’s Check: any amount
Money Order: any amount
Cash: any amount
Business & Personal Checks: Only with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. Credit Cards: any amount as long as card is present.


Removal:  There is NO SHIPPING.  Please be prepared to coordinate your own pickup.  If you’re sending a truck for pickup they need to come with the necessary equipment to load and remove.

PICKUP OF ASSETS: Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please insure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location no items will be released without a paid email receipt. Bidder further agrees to be held personally responsible for all purchases made on their bidder number, and agrees that bidder will not charge back items which are not picked up during the published removal times. Buyer authorizes Hamilton Group to release buyer's assets to any individual in possession of the buyer's sales receipt.

 

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY 12/10 WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND THE BUYER WILL STILL BE RESPOSIBLE FOR PAYMENT AND POTENTAILLY STORAGE FEES OF UP TO $10.00 PER ITEM PER DAY.
