Deposit To Bid: 10% down payment due within 24 hours of the end of the auction.. The down payment may be made in the form of cashier’s check or wire transfer. YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.


ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICE: The successful bidder will be required to enter into a Purchase Agreement within 48 hours following the close of the auction.

DEED: Seller shall provide Quit Claim Deed.

CLOSING:  Property is sold subject to the normal and customary closing adjustments for taxes, etc.  The balance of the purchase price is due at closing, which will take place within 30 days of the auction end date.

POSSESSION: Possession is within 30 days after closing.

REAL ESTATE TAXES: Real estate taxes will be pro-rated to the date of closing.
