Removal: by 9/19/15 5:00PM By Appointment Only  The buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold The Hamilton Group and the Seller free from any and all liability, loss, costs, damages, and other expenses arising from the loading or shipping out of equipment on the buyer`s behalf.

Money Order: any amount
Cash: any amount
Business & Personal Checks: Only with a Bank Letter of Guarantee.

Credit Cards: Only When Card Is Physically Present. $2,500 Maximum On Orders.

Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in [insert auction house county and state].  Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register.  Should a dispute arise between The Hamilton Group, LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in New Haven County, Connecticut.

Sales Tax: All successful bidders will be responsible for sales taxes which may be added to your invoice unless an exemption certificate is supplied prior to invoicing. No sales tax will be collected for vehicle sales.
