Removal:   All purchases must be removed not later than Sunday, February 22^nd, 2015  Rigging and removal is the responsibility of the buyer. Removal will be by Appointment Only

The buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold The Hamilton Group and the Seller free from any and all liability, loss, costs, damages, and other expenses arising from the loading or shipping out of equipment on the buyer`s behalff

PAYMENT: All purchases must be paid in full by Sunday 2/122 and prior to removal. We accept the following forms of payment:

• Company check with BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. (Sample Forms Available On Our Website)
• Wire transfer

• Credit Card Payments Are Only Accepted on Purchases of $1,500 or less. Cards can only be run in person internet bidders take note.  We can-not accept cards over the phone.
