Removal:   All purchases must be removed not later than Monday, November 17^th, 2014 No lot can, on any account, be removed during the sale. Towing / Rigging and removal is the responsibility of the buyer. Removal will be by Appointment Only. No Sunday Appointments Possible.  Removal will begin when the auction sale has been completed and payment in full has been received. Please Listen To All Announcements. The buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold The Hamilton Group and the Seller free from any and all liability, loss, costs, damages, and other expenses arising from the loading or shipping out of equipment on the buyer`s behalf.
