Terms and Conditions

Your bid is a contract: Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the high bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract with The Hamilton Group, LLC. All bids are in US dollars.

A Buyers Premium of 16.5% will be added to all items sold.

The Hamilton Group makes every attempt to accurately describe all items at the auction sale.

Items for sale will be sold “As is, where is.” There is absolutely no warranty or guarantee of any kind either written or implied. Occasionally, additional information may come to light regarding any and all items being sold during the auction. Remember, all sales are final. We make every effort to accurately describe each item in the auction; however, it’s possible that a mistake may occur. When this occurs, the new information takes precedence.  (THERE ARE NO TOOLS, ONSITE TO ASSITS WITH PACKING OR LOADING PLEASE BRING HELP AND ANY TOOLS YOU MIGHT NEED.  THERE IS A LOADING DOCK.  IF YOU BUY PALLET RACKING AND YOU WANT TO REMOVE BEFORE THE BIDDER HAS PICKED UP ITEMS ON THE RACKING YOU WILL HAVE TO UNLOAD IT. 

Removal:   All purchases must be removed not later than Friday, November 21, 2014 No lot can, on any account, be removed during the sale. Rigging and removal is the responsibility of the buyer. Removal will be by Appointment Only All riggers or buyers who will be removing items using any powered vehicle in the building will need to provide a certificate of insurance that is acceptable to The Hamilton Group. Removal will begin when the auction sale has been completed and payment in full has been received. Please Listen To All Announcements. The buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold The Hamilton Group and the Seller free from any and all liability, loss, costs, damages, and other expenses arising from the loading or shipping out of equipment on the buyer`s behalf.

 

 

PAYMENT: All purchases must be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction and prior to removal. We accept the following forms of payment:
• Cash 
• Company check with BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. (Sample Forms Available On Our Website)
• Wire transfer

• Bank Check

• Credit Card Payments Are Only Accepted on Purchases of $2,500 or less. Cards can only be run in person internet bidders take note.  We can-not accept cards over the phone.

 Sales Tax: All successful bidders will be responsible for sales taxes which may be added to your invoice unless an exemption certificate is supplied prior to invoicing.
