FIDES MDC-80 AUTOMATIC SPRING COILING MACHINE FOR BONNELL SPRINGS

Operation

The machine MDC-80 produces bi-conical Bonnell springs, works without compressed air and is driven by several servo motors. A steel wire is lo-cated at a swift. This wire gets unwounded, coiled and cut to a raw spring. This raw spring is afterwards knotted at both ends, heat treated and guid-ed as a final spring onto the storage tray ready for being stored or assem-bled. The standard equipment includes all the components necessary for the production, such as wire swift for up to 1000 kg, tooling and spare parts set. A noise-reduction and safety housing is also included in this ma-chine. The hard metal parts, manufactured with great precision, guaranty a long service life.
