DESCRIPTION: Titan Robotics Atlas 3.6 3D Printer Hybrid Pellet and Hybrid Pellet
  • Built with a heavy-duty, rigid design, the Atlas 3.6 maintains the accuracy and rapid travel speeds of its predecessors while enabling the printing of larger format tooling, patterns and molds, and functional part applications.
  • The machine has an actively heated chamber able to reach 80 degrees celsius and facilitates several extrusion configurations, including Single Pellet, Dual Pellet, Hybrid Dual Pellet + Filament, and Hybrid Single Pellet + Filament options. The printer also features door safety interlocks and a closed-loop industrial CNC control system. Using the Atlas 3.6, high performance materials such as CF-PEI, GF-PEKK, ABS, and nylons can be utilized to print large parts suited to a wide range of applications.
  • Built volume: 50X50X72 in.
  • Custom Atlas Heated enclosure: Custom Full Sheet Metal Enclosure with Industrial Heating System for Custom Atlas with print volume of 50"x50"x72". System to attain ambient temperatures up to 80°C in printing chamber for use of ABS, polycarbonates and other high temperature materials.
  • Auto Z and Tool Center Point Sensor System.
  • Includes two (2) Thermal Imaging Cameras, for global and local thermal monitoring.
  • Typical Rapid Feed rates range between 8,000mm/minute and 12,000mm/minute, dependent on part geometry. Servo motors are capable of delivering 30,000mm/minute, but may be limited based on part geometry.
  • The Atlas 3D Printer is compatible with open source 2.85mm filament and pellet feedstock.
