Fee includes disconnection, removal, rigging & simple loading. For additional services please contact the Rigger for this sale, Axiom.
Rigging Services are exclusively being provided by Axiom Trades for this sale. Rigging Services will include disconnection of the asset from any and all utilities, floors and walls and staging, lifting and loading the asset onto the Buyer's transport. For these Services, a Fee will be listed on each lot, payable along with the invoice following the sale.
All Rigging Fees:

- are quoted in USD / US Dollars.

Small Asset Removal
Certain assets such as furniture, hand tools & rolling carts that can be simply and safely removed by hand or with a dolly can be removed by Buyers directly, rigging fees will not be applicable. To see if an item qualifies for small asset removal, contact C3. This will not apply to any assets requiring disconnection from utilities.
Large Asset Removal
Axiom Trades is exclusively responsible for dismantling & loading of items in theis sale. Following the sale, Axiom and C3 will provide a schedule of available removal times based on the Buyers invoice. The Buyer is responsable for coordinating a loading time with their transport company and C3 / Axiom. For additional services or specific loading requirements contact the Rigger (Axiom) following the sale.

Rigging & Removal : All rigging of equipment provided by Axiom Group. Following the sale and after making payment buyers will organise their transport with Axiom Group, and communicate any requirements beyond simple loading.
* Certain Lots can be removed buyers following the sale. These lots must be able to be removed with simple tools (involving no utility disconnection incl. electrical, water, gas) C3 is offering local pickup Friday, Saturday & Sunday by appointment. Buyer must contact C3 to make an appointment and to confirm they can remove the item safely by hand. C3 will accompany the buyer into the plant to direct him to his lots. Buyer must bring approprirate PPE including hard hat, hi-vis, eye & foot protection. See Shipping / Removals Section for more detailed information

Subject to amendments and modifications announced by the Auctioneer at the time of the auction, any person participating in the auction shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:
REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS
*For this sale, all rigging & removal services are being provided by Axiom Trades. No purchasers may access the facility following the auction unless authorized by C3 or Axiom Trades by appointment. **
**All invoices must be paid in full before commencement of removal.
*** Transport must be organized by the client. The Auctioneer and Rigging company will assist you in coordinating and with info required to complete certificate of origins / bills of lading etc. The client should maintain the services of a freight forwarder or customs broker if they are unfamiliar with cross-border transport.
The following are terms & conditions for all purchasers, their employees, riggers, contractors and agents; (who will be further referred to as "Purchasers/Movers/Riggers", who participate in the disconnection and/or removal of equipment/articles to abide by.
1. Purchasers/Movers/Riggers are responsible to remove all articles purchased.
2. Purchasers/movers/riggers shall be responsible for proper disconnection and termination of all electrical, water and/or air lines to your equipment as stipulated by site representative; the shearing of anchor bolts flush with the floor; leaving your work area in broom swept manner; the erecting of safety barriers as required where pits or holes have been created as a result of equipment removal; the removal, off premises, of all hazardous waste or oil contaminants contained therein of purchased assets, in conjunction with all environmental laws; any specific terms or conditions indicated by the auctioneer at the time of sale.
a. All Termination of GAS lines will be disconnected and capped by a licensed gas fitter.
b. All ELECTRICAL disconnects to be done in accordance with any federal, state/provincial or local codes.
c. No article(s) shall leave the premises until all the aformentioned have been completed to the satisfaction of Crescent Commercial Corporation site representative
d. RIGGERS: Quote your customers accordingly; you shall be liable for all costs in compliance with the above.
e. Purchasers/Movers/Riggers shall assume all responsibility and liability for any and all articles "staged" for shipment, before it leaves the premises.
3. Purchasers/Movers/Riggers must provide to Crescent Commercial Corporation a certificate of insurance of not less than $5,000,000.00 evidencing statutory workers compensation and employers liability insurance and automotive and comprehensive liability insurance coverage (bodily injury and property damage) per person and occurrence naming CRESCENT COMMERCIAL CORPORATION as well as the Auction name and address.
4. Where available, bridge cranes and/or hoists may only be used by certified crane operators with insurance and only with the expressed written permission of crane owner and/or Crescent Commercial Corporation
5. Crescent Commercial Corporation site representative must examine all articles being loaded out and check off Purchasers shipping invoice.
6. Purchasers/Movers/Riggers shall be held liable for all costs and damages or repairs to property as a result of their negligence.
7. Hours of removal are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, by appointment, unless otherwise specified. Anyone requiring access beyond our published deadlines is subject to a non-negotiable per diem rate.
8. NO ARTICLE(S) SHALL LEAVE THE PREMISES UNTIL THE AFOREMENTIONED HAVE BEEN COMPLETED TO THE SATISFACTION OF A CRESCENT COMMERCIAL CORPORATION EMPLOYEE/SITE REPRESENTATIVE.
9. Any personnel visiting the site including all Purchasers/Movers/Riggers must wear full PPE when visiting the site, including hi-vis vest, hard hat, foot protection and eye protection.
