TERMS & CONDITIONS For On-Line Bidder

Subject to additions and deletions prior to the sale and at the time of the auction. All bidders participating in the auction shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1) Auction to be conducted in English & in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2) Bidders must provide a valid credit card number and drivers licence to register. Century Services Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject a Bidder`s registration, and those with incomplete information, invalid credit card, or invalid drivers licence. To avoid delays in the registration approval process, please check accuracy of all information provided.

3) Century Services Inc. accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, and Wire Transfer.

4) Each successful online bidder will receive confirmation at the beginning of the next business day either by phone or by e-mail. All purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of the sale. Century Services will make one attempt at phoning or emailing all winning bidders with the final invoice total and to confirm the method of payment. If we are unable to contact you, purchases will be charged to
the credit card as provided. Otherwise payment arrangements can be made by calling 780-944-9144, with your Bidder# or Paddle# as reference.

5) Purchaser is responsible for all removal, dismantling, crating, shipping and related costs, as well as for the arrangement of the shipping company. No exceptions will be made whatsoever. Articles left behind immediately after the auction and thereafter will be at the winning bidder`s own risk. Century Services will not be held responsible for any items damaged, stolen, missing, or left behind. Please
make all necessary arrangements to have your items removed as soon as possible. Small items must be removed immediately.

6) Removal deadline is March 26, 2014 for all small items or by appointment for large equipment.

7) A 15% buyers premium will apply on all purchases made by internet bidding on Bidspotter.com.

8) A 5% GST applies to all purchases in Canada.

9) Terms and conditions are subject to amendments and modifications announced by the Auctioneer at the time of the auction. Sale is subject to additions & deletions, and may include items from other consignors and/or situations.

10) All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no warranties expressed or implied.

11) The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject bids, and to resolve any disputes or discrepancies at its discretion. The Auctioneers` decision shall be final.

12) All descriptions & photos provided are for informational purposes only and in no way a representation or guarantee implied or otherwise.
