Sale Date
-Sale is Beggining Thursday May 18th, 2017, 8:00 a.m. and will begin to close on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. with a staggered closing, beggining with lot #1. Subsequent lots will close every 30sec. after the previous lot, but selling time will extend every 2min if a bid is placed during closing time.
Viewing Days:
-Thursday, May 18th, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00p.m.
-Friday, May 19th, 2017, from 8:00 am. to 5:00p.m.
Pick Up and Payment Dates:

By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.
-Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Zenke Auction & Realty, Inc. reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.
-A Buyer’s Premium of 10% plus Minnesota sales tax (6.875%) will be applied to all purchases. Sales tax will be charged on all items without tax exempt form.
-Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Visa or MasterCard (with additional 3.5% Convenience Fee applied). All Purchases must be paid to Zenke Auction and Realty, Inc on pick-up day prior to items being removed.
-Zenke Auction Realty Inc. is a licensed Minnesota auto-dealer. All Minnesota buyers will have to do Title transfer with us. Buyers will need to provide a current driver's license and proof of insurance.
-Zenke Auction & Realty, Inc. makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. Zenke Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise.
