Terms and Conditions

All participants are required to register prior to becoming an Approved Bidder. All Participants are required to give full name; permanent street address (P.O. Boxes will NOT be accepted or approved); phone number(s); email address, valid credit card and business name.

Subsequent to registration on BidSpotter, approval to bid is at our discretion.

Auction Firm will do all it can to represent items honestly and fairly based upon information given to them, but there is a possibility of error. Wilson National LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in item descriptions. All terms, conditions, and disclaimers below are binding to all Bidder’s. 

By making a bid, Bidder accepts all terms and conditions of this auction and will be bound by them.

All property is sold “As Is” without warranty either expressed or implied by Seller, Auction Company or their representatives. Auctioneer may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on internet ads and at the auction, but makes no representations. 

All items are open for public inspection and it is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items for sale.  Auction lineup is a guide only. Auction firm reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots. 

Announcements made day of the sale take precedence over advertising but do not alter the terms and conditions of the sale.

A 2% buyer premium capped at $1,000.00 per lot will be applied to all internet purchases. 

All internet purchases must be paid in full with all funds received by Wilson National LLC by Monday, April 8, 2019 by 5 p.m. Eastern Time ($30.00 added to sale total for wire transfer). Purchaser’s on site must pay in full day of sale.   

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, personal or company check, if accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee.   

All items must be paid in full before removal from premises.

All items must be removed by April 13, 2019.. 

The recording of sale and sales records kept by auctioneer and clerk will be accepted as final.

If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail brandonwilson@wilnat.com with proper information to transfer title. Vehicles can be picked up immediately once payment is made. Titles will be transferred within 14 business days of sale and mailed to buyer’s.  Titles will be guaranteed. 

Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
