-For first time bidders, a 25% deposit of expected total bid or minimum $1000 refundable deposit by credit card, email transfer or Wire Transfer only.
- Cashier’s Cheques/Drafts to be made payable to Tradewest Asset Solutions Inc.

Removal: All items must be picked up by noon- Thursday, June 30th. Any extension must be approved by the auctioneer.
