General On-line Registration Terms:
- For first time bidders, a $500 refundable deposit by credit card, Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer only.
- Cashier’s Cheques to be made payable to Tradewest Asset Solutions Inc.

All Items Sold ‘As Is’ ‘Where Is’. All Sales Final. While quantities and descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneers, owners, employees, or counsel make no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied as to the authenticity, genuineness of, or defects in any lot, and will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies, verbal or written descriptions. No Warranties whatsoever are made as to condition, merchantability or fitness for use of any item. Please take advantage of the preview and inspection period.
Removal: All loose items to be removed from sale site by 4 PM, Dec 30th 2019. Final Removal for dust collections systems is Jan 10th, 2020.
Auctioneers Note: Lot 78- Cat Forklift must stay for 2 weeks to assist with removal. Lot 79, Allis Chalmers forklift must stay for 1 week to assist with removal.

Most machines are already removed and can be loaded for a small fee if a truck is sent for pickup.
