Terms and conditions:

Payment: Full payment day of sale by wire transfer, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery or company cheque accompanied by bank letter unconditionally guaranteeing payment on presentation. Full payment by cleared funds must be made before removal of items purchased.

Buyers Premiums: 15% on-site and 18% on-line, will be added to all invoices.

In order to participate in the auction, all Bidders must provide Auctioneer a 25% deposit, in cash, cashier’s check or company check accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee of unqualified payment to Auctioneer, or a wire transfer (with a wire transfer fee included) of your total expected spend.

All items in auction are subject to additions, deletions and prior sale.

Removal: All items must be removed by September 6th.  All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. 

While quantities and descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer, owner, employees or counsel make no warranties or guarantees either expressed or  implied as to the authenticity, genuineness of, or defects in any lot, and will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. No warranties whatsoever are made as to condition, merchantability or  fitness for any use of any item. Please take advantage of our preview and inspection period.
