Proof of Workers Compensation and adequate liability insurance will be required before commencement of work on removal. Fire hazard is extremely high at the site with logs and forest nearby. Hot cutting can commence each day only with a permit issued by the Tradewest site representative. Hot cutting will cease at 1pm daily with a two hour fire watch required afterwards. No unsafe or hazardous work practices will be permitted.?

NOTE: Purchasers of installed assets requiring hot cutting or grinding for dismantling will share the cost of a water truck needed on-site based on times required for removal.

No removal of purchased items while auction is ongoing in the same area of premises.
