PAYMENT: Full payment ? each day of sale by cash, cashier?s cheque, certified cheque, wire transfer, or company cheque accompanied by bank letter unconditionally guaranteeing payment on presentation. No personal cheques. Buyer?s Premiums are as follows:
12% Buyer?s Premium for in-person buyers;
15% Buyer?s Premium for On-line buyers with a $500.00 deposit upon registration.

REMOVAL: Removal of all purchased items to be completed not later than 12 Noon Wednesday, September 19th, 2012. No Exceptions. No removal No removal during Auction. All costs and liability of removal will be to Buyers. Payment in full must be made before any items may be removed. Purchaser responsible for the security, safety and removal of purchased items from time of acceptance of bid.

Announcements made at time of auction take precedence over all other terms of sale.
Proof of Workers Compensation and adequate liability insurance will be required before commencement of work on removal. Fire hazard is extremely high at the site with logs and forest nearby. Hot cutting can commence each day only with a permit issued by the Tradewest site representative. Hot cutting will cease at 1pm daily with a two hour fire watch required afterwards. No unsafe or hazardous work practices will be permitted.?
NOTE: Purchasers of installed assets requiring hot cutting or grinding for dismantling will share the cost of a water truck needed on-site based on times required for removal.
No removal of purchased items while auction is ongoing in the same area of premises.
