Payment Instructions: There will be a 3% buyers premium charged to all successful online bids. Payment to be made by Cash, Cashiers Check, Certified Check, Wire Transfer or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Company checks will only be accepted with a bank letter of guarantee of payment made out to TIM NARHI AUCTIONEER & ASSOCIATES on bank letterhead addressing specific auction. Shipping Instructions: Buyers will be responsible for removal of their own purchases. All items MUST be removed. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." On items which are small enough and light enough to be shipped ground freight there will be a $10.00 per item handling charge plus actual freight, insurance and any other costs. NO items to be removed until full settlement is made. Any items not picked up will be forfeited without refunds. Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large items. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal.
